On 28.11.2020 Transcarpathian Road Services open renovated part of Lviv - Synevyr Lake Road - 45 km of European class road from Nyzhni Vorota to Mizhhirya via Volovets, Pylypets, Izky that should increase tourist flow to Synevyr Lake.

The renovated Ukrainian road T0718 is at altitude of 400 meters above sea level along Borzhavsky ridge goes through Volovets and Pylypets passes.

So for tourists to get from Lviv to Synevyr Lake takes less time - around 4 hours and 30 minutes with T0718 road:
- Lviv - Nyzhni Vorota - 3 hours
- Nyzhni Vorota - Mizhhirya - 45 minutes
- Mizhhirya - Synevyr Lake - 45 minutes

Also this road let much faster to get to Volovets and Pylypets ski resorts for fans of skiing and snowboarding.

Before the shortest road that let to get to Synevyr Lake from Lviv was P21 from Dolyna to Mizhhirya that is still in a very bad condition and trip from Lviv to Synevyr Lake takes about 5 hours one way with a very low speed of car on Vyhoda - Vyshkiv road section.
