Private Pilot Licence For Helicopters PPL(H) Cost | Helicopter Mi-2

- Theoretical part: 1 month, 289 hours: 200 hours of theoretical part and 89 hours of self-preparation
- Practical part: 2 months, in total 48 hours: 43 hours by helicopter Mi-2 and 5 hours by flight simulator Mi-2
- Medical examination and certification

Helicopter PPL(H) license is possibile for helicopters Mil Mi-2 with different type of engines:
- Mil Mi-2 with Klimov GTD-350 engines
- Mil Mi-2 with Ivchenko-Progress Motor Sich AI-450 engines

- 4 days - theoretical part (33 hours)
- 2 days - Mi-2 flight simulator training (3.5 hours)
- 6 day - preflight training (6 hours)
- 4 days - flying helicopter Mil Mi-2 for 9 hours and 25 min (3 hours per day maximum)

Total cost of Mi-2 type rating training is 15 000 USD or 12 400 Euro including hotel accommodation, transfers and interpreter service.
