St. Andrew Church was built in 1747-1753. The design was done by architect Rastrelli and the church was build by architect Michurin.

St. Andrew's Church put on a two-story building, the entrance is a cast-iron staircase. The church interior is decorated with stucco decoration in the Baroque style.

Legend states that St. Andrew's Church before the formation of Kiev passed these places the Apostle Andrew. After one of the sermons he climbed a mountain found the cross now a St. Andrew's Church and predicted the imminent appearance of the city. This city was Kiev.
