On 06.04.2026 State Agency for Tourism Development presented Ukraine National Tourism Program Journey to Yourself. Paths of Recovery - national program for the recovery of Ukrainians through travel in Ukraine.

Due to permanent stress, exhaustion from current realities and life Ukrainians need recovery and domestic tourism has the potential to become one of the tools for solving this problem.

Ukraine National Tourism Program "Journey to Yourself. Paths of Recovery" is a response to the real need of Ukrainians to recover, reboot and feel themselves in order to remain resilient and productive.

The aim of the new tourism program is to help restore the psycho-emotional state through:

- nature
- culture and history
- a calm rhythm of travel
- a variety of practices and experiences

Ukraine National Tourism Program "Journey to Yourself. Paths of Recovery" will create:

- a digital platform with personalized recovery routes and an interactive map of Ukraine's tourist resources
- a nationwide information campaign to form a new travel culture for Ukrainians
- a sociological study of tourist demand, preferences and behavioral patterns of Ukrainians
- a training program for tourism industry participants on restorative recreation standards, inclusiveness, eco-friendliness, etc.
- a micro-grant competition to support local businesses to implement restorative practices and comply with program standards

The program will pay special attention to the formation of a culture of hospitality for the recovery and recreation of military personnel, veterans and their family members - from the implementation of physical and informational accessibility to service based on sincere respect, gratitude and understanding of their experience.

The program is implemented with the support of the General Partner ZENYK ART Gallery, the General Mountain Partner - GORO Mountain Resort and the official partner – the PLAY Ski Complex.
