After 01.03.2026 in GORO Mountain Resort, Volosyanka will start building of Ukraine The First Gondola Cable Car - 2.8 km long with a capacity of up to 2800 people per hour to the top of the Vysokyy Verkh Mountain.

The same day the operation of the Zakhar Berkut Mountain Resort and its chairlift will be closed to become a part of the first stage of GORO Mountain Resort.

After the end of the season the replacement of the existing cable car with a new one will begin on the territory - it will be the first gondola cable car in Ukraine which lift skiers and snowboarders as well as regular tourists to the top of the Vysokyy Verkh Mountain in just 9 minutes.

GORO Mountain Resort cable car will operate all year round: in winter for skiers and snowboarders, in summer for mountain bikers and all year round for sightseeing climbs and walks in the Carpathian Mountains.

The new ski resort in Ukraine is an investment and development project which is designed for 15 years by OKKO Group led by businessmen Vitaly Antonov and Vasily Danilyak who control via Open Joint Stock Company "Concern Galnaftogaz" the OKKO gas station network in Ukraine.

Near the future GORO Mountain Resort there is another famous and popular 4-star hotel for international tourists to visit Carpathians - Hotel Vezha Vedmezha which belongs to Companies with Foreign Investments "Gorary" and the village head of Slavsko Volodymyr Beha.
