On 16.12.2020 Ukraine Government set the list of Ukraine National Level Events which going to be celebrated in 2021 in order to consolidate and form historical consciousness of Ukrainian people and preserve the national memory.

The resolution 4478 includes the events that connected to Ukraine important tourist attractions:

- 1075 years from the time of the first written mention of Vyshhorod city (946)

- 400 years since Battle of Khotyn (July - October 1621)

- 225 years since the founding of National Dendrological Park "Sofiyivka" of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Uman (1796)

- 200 years since the founding of Mykolayiv Astronomical Observatory (now Mykolayiv Astronomical Observatory Research Institute) (1821)

- 100 years since the founding of State Steppe Reserve "Askania-Nova" (now - Biosphere Reserve "Askania-Nova" named after FE Falz-Fein of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine) (08.02.1921)
