The ice rink at VDNG central square will increase to 2500 square meters - it will make it one of the largest in Europe which could ride at the same time up to 500 visitors. In the fountain in the center will be placed a festive composition with the contours of the magical city and the sky above the rink will be illuminated by thousands of lights. The slides are located near the rink and their length will be: 60 meters - an adult slide and 30 meters - a children's. The greenhouse will be turned into a magical glass house with Christmas decorations and magical characters. Here everyone could visit a fairy tale and take a lot of photos for good memory. Grand surprise will be the fairy-tale musical "Magic Tale of Winter Country". The play will be available absolutely free of charge in the central square from 31.12.2021 to 09.01.2022. Real miracles will unfold before the eyes of visitors with cute characters and good Christmas stories. At the end of the musical its characters will hold a huge parade through the alleys of Kyiv VDNG. VDNG Pavilion №9 will house New Year Museum - another new location of Winter Country. Here visitors could learn interesting facts about the history of Christmas Tree and the holiday itself as well as see a unique exhibition of New Year's family relics. Among the exhibits: cotton, glass, metal, wire Christmas tree toys of XIX-XX centuries and the world's most expensive unique items of festive life which have never been exhibited before. VDNG Pavilion №4 will turn into a fantastic park of fairy-tale heroes in winter. Here is Flufilandia - a country of friendly furriers that come to life with animatronics. They will not only be able to smile and move but even talk to guests. In total in the pavilion you could meet more than twenty fluffy Fluffs each of which is three meters high. In Concert Hall of Kyiv VDNG guests of Winter Country will be able to join the multi-space show-trip "Cyber Santa. Another Dimension". The authors of this play are the creators of the famous 3D shows "Dream Watch" and "Winterra". The peculiarity of the novelty is that the show will not have a place in the auditorium and theatrical seating. Thanks to technological and plot solutions visitors will go on an unexpected journey between scenes to be at the epicenter of the plot. This will help the audience to become actors and the actors to become spectators. The culmination will be the show "Antigravity Show" - this performance has already impressed the judges of American Talent Show but in Ukraine it will be shown for the first time at VDNG. Among the entertainment locations that will also work in Winter Country at Kyiv VDNG this year: Santa's Residence, Christmas Dream Factory, Teleport360 Family Leisure Center, Steel Figures Gallery, Animal Park, Butterfly Planet, Dinosaur Planet and Living Dragons Exhibition Park, SkyPark, extreme rides, carousels and quest rooms. Everyone could enjoy delicacies and snacks on the street food court and choose a gift for family and friends - at Christmas Fair. To make it as convenient as possible to travel through the territory of the fairy-tale city New Year's Express will run daily at Kyiv VDNG.
