On 26.12.2019 in Kiev was opened new Kiev Ecopark with energy saving technologies and Art-object Luminescent Tree near famous Kiev sight - Statue of Hedgehog in the Fog on Reitarska Street.

In the middle of the eco park there is main Art-object Luminescent Tree that will highlight and change color when tourists and citizens of Kiev throw away used batteries in special containers (this option will work in the spring 2020). For now the tree is constantly on.

Kiev Ecopark get new benches, pet-friendly litter bins, trash cans, containers for sorting garbage and walking passes made of recycled waste. Also installed solar panels for street lighting.

More than 300 new green plants appeared in the park with eco watering system.

Soon it is planned to create bicycle park with possibility of bike rental.

Now Statue of Hedgehog in the Fog will be surrounded by the atmosphere of nature and eco beauty of modern capital city.
