On 25th-26th of May 2012 in Kiev will be held Kiev International Fire Festival - the world-renowned festival of fire dancers and circus arts that takes place every year in the capital of Ukraine.

This unique event is the European standard prepared specifically for the Day of Kyiv gives the viewer the opportunity to enjoy exclusive performances of world famous bands and world stars of fire and circus genres. This year the festival's program includes performances of theaters and solo artists from France, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania as well as artists from the CIS countries.

On 25th of May at 19:00 in the Mariinsky park in Kiev the Festival will starts by march with spectacular street performances of professional actors and circus arts of fire. The procession will include more than 500 members of the Kiev Fire Festival (acrobats, jugglers, dancers, stilts as well as fire performers of the genre). Entrance is free of charge.

On 26th of May from 15:00 to 21:00 at the Spartak stadium (Frunze St, 105, Kyiv, Kyiv city, Ukraine) will operate several stages:

• Circus scene in which performances take place talented representatives of the contemporary circus arts and related genres
• the alternative scene which will be competitions in break dance
• Fair props on which everyone can get acquainted and get the tool from the authors of the leading artists in Ukraine and abroad

During this time viewers and guests will be able to participate in the open master-classes by leading Ukrainian schools of fire art, masters of juggling, schools of drums and percussion.

On 26th of May at 21:00 will start the evening gala show where the mystery of fire and light will suit most famous stars of the world fire scene. With exclusive programs will perform theaters: Mandalights (France), Fire Circle (Lithuania), Amanitas (Czech Republic), solo performers Kyle McLean (Germany), Meast (France) as well as groups "Falkor" (Russia), EastFire (Ukraine), Etere (Belarus), "Against Nochі" (Ukraine), Elemental (Belarus), "CAT" (Ukraine).

And at the end of the evening program on 26th of May at 23:00 especially on the day of Kiev will set a record for the Guinness Book of Records - simultaneous action of the greatest number of fire artists.

Tickets to the 25th of May - 60 UAH (around 6 EUR), on the day of the festival - 70 UAH (7 EUR).
