On 26th - 29th of June 2014 will be held Festival Trypilske Kolo 2014 in Rzhyshchiv, Kyiv region. In 2014 the event is devoted to subject of elements of Earth which is consistent with the spirit of time. "Save the Earth - Save the Family" - motto of Festival Trypilske Kolo 2014. In fact maintaining integrity of the Earth where we were born and live, cleanliness and beauty of our planet, human awareness of their role in global processes and personal responsibility in place - the most pressing issues of today which we are all together and individually have found the answer. The basic principle of content of Festival Trypilske Kolo 2014 - the ecology of communication, healthy living, care for cleanliness of environment, awareness of importance of cultural and spiritual heritage of our ancestors from ancient times of unique Tripoli culture that existed on territory of Ukraine more than thousand years ago. Festival Trypilske Kolo consists of a five-year cycle in which each year the festival has its own artistic, educational, environmental and social issues and conveys the symbolism of one of the four elements of nature: Water, Earth, Fire and Air. Fifth year titled "Parade of the Elements" is integrating and combines all previous achievements and the festival brings a new level of development and implementation of the principles and objectives of Festival Trypilske Kolo. About Trypillian Culture Trypillians - the oldest farmers in the Ukrainian lands left us a legacy of fascinating ancient culture. Holders of this civilization thousands of years ago lived in the areas of Danube river and to Dnieper river. Surprising contemporaries unique painted sacred symbols, ceramics, unusual characters, a perfect calendar and various ornaments that used to decorate clothing of Trypillians - live among us to this day. Many achievements of Trypillian Culture in housing, nature ornamental motifs used and by Ukrainians. The leading symbol of Trypillian Culture was Trypillians Mother-Guardian. Force elements - Water, Earth, Air and Fire harmoniously and naturally connected in life of Trypillians. Living in Peace with the World, feeling free and powerful elemental energy, respect for Mother-Guardian (Bereginja) - we should teach new generations of Ukrainians. Trypillian Culture was eight centuries before the construction of the famous Egyptian pyramids, long before the heyday of Sumerian civilization. How to get to Festival Trypilske Kolo 2014 Buses of "Ligo-Trans" on bus station "Vidubichi" (Subway Station "Vidubichi"). Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus.
