On 25th of January 2014 at 12:00 in Poltava, Ukraine will begin Poltava Holiday of Salo 2014 as part of the celebration businesses of Poltava and regions will present a wide range of products mostly made of salo (lard) and its products.

All interested persons will be able to enjoy Ukrainian favorite product is specially made by salo (lard) producers and restaurateurs for holiday trade.
