On 17th of February 2015 Odessa mayor ordered to create Museum of Cigarette Lighters and lease to collector Eugene Boriskov room at Military descent.

Eugene Boriskov has the largest collection of cigarette lighters in Ukraine - 1560 cigarette lighters.

The collection is divided into several thematic sections. The largest - cigarette lighter-cars. There are lighter lipstick, grenades, pistols, bullets, knives and belts, toilets, coffins, exercise bikes, pens, ammeters, gold bars, billiard tables and even golf courses.

Sweet section - "chocolate" lighter and lighter in the form of a cookie. Humor is presented by comic shockers. Seemingly harmless but when a person clicks on a button to make fire instead it receives an electrical discharge.

Erotica: lighters made in the form of genital mutilation with pictures of Kama Sutra.

A special place in the collection is a historic lighters - from a variety of flints of XVI-XIX centuries to Soviet era. There is also a small collection of war lighters made of liners.
