On 2nd of September 2015 in Odessa was opened Leonid Utyosov Museum - museum of a famous Soviet jazz singer and comic actor who became the first pop singer to be awarded the prestigious title of People's Artist of USSR in 1965.

The room in which today Leonid Utyosov Museum is part of a large apartment in which 120 years ago was born and grew Leonid Utyosov. The plans of reconstruction of Odessa city government are opening of the second part of the apartment as a new part of the museum as well as continuation of filling the museum with exhibits.

Leonid Utyosov Museum contains letters and personal belongings of Leonid Utyosov who helped collect Odessans from different countries. At the opening of the museum was a former owners of apartments Edward Amchislavsky who more than 33 years created collection of archive of Leonid Utyosov and tried to open the museum devoted to Leonid Utyosov in Odessa.
