On 27th of August 2015
commission of Ukraine State Aviation Service made decision of consideration of rights to operate air lines.
According to protocol №4 the commission decided to give rights to air lines: LLC "DART", JSC "Aviation Company "Dniproavia", LLC "YanAir", LLC "Aviation Company "Windrose", PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine", LLC "Ukrainian-Mediterranean Airlines", LLC "Bravo Airlines", LLC "Airline "Atlasjet Ukraine".
1. Provide LLC "DART" right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 12 flights a week);
Odessa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Odessa (frequency of flights 5 flights a week);
Vinnitsa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Vinnitsa (frequency of flights 5 flights a week)
for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine constituting a systematic series - at least one flight a week or at least three flights per month during the celebration of Jewish New Year within the aggregate consistent with Israel aeronautical authorities and number of seats for LLC "DART" with the timing of the right: from 09.09.2015 to 18.09.2015.
2. Provide LLC "DART" right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Hurghada (Egypt Arab Republic) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Kyiv - Sharm el Sheikh (Arab Republic of Egypt) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week)
for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine constituting a systematic series - at least one flight a week or at least three flights a month with the timing of the right: from 25.10.2015 to 26.03.2016.
3. Provide JSC "Aviation Company "Dniproavia" the right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 30 flights a week);
Odessa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Odessa (frequency of flights 20 flights a week);
Vinnitsa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Vinnitsa (frequency of flights 10 flights a week)
for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine constituting a systematic series - at least one flight a week or at least three flights per month during the celebration of Jewish New Year within the aggregate consistent with Israel aeronautical authorities and number of seats for JSC "Aviation company "Dniproavia" with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 29.09.2015.
4. Provide JSC "Aviation Company "Dniproavia" the right to operate air lines:
Ivano-Frankivsk - Istanbul (Republic of Turkey) - Ivano-Frankivsk (frequency of flights 7 flights a week);
Dnipropetrovsk - Frankfurt (Germany) - Dnepropetrovsk (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Dnepropetrovsk - Munich (Germany) - Dnepropetrovsk (frequency of flights 4 flights a week);
Dnepropetrovsk - Berlin (Germany) - Dnepropetrovsk (frequency of flights 4 flights a week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.08.2025.
5. Amend (change the information on the frequency of flights) document on the right JSC "Aviation Company "Dniproavia" on the operation of the line Dnipropetrovsk - Moscow (Russian Federation) - Dnipropetrovsk to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine, determine the frequency of flights 21 flights per week.
6. Provide LLC "YanAir" Ltd. the right to operate air lines:
Odessa - Bucharest (Romania) - Odessa (frequency of flights 6 flights a week);
Odessa - Chisinau (Moldova) - Odessa (frequency of flights 4 flights a week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right to 24.10.2018.
7. Provide LLC "YanAir" Ltd. the right to operate air line Odessa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Odessa (frequency of flights 4 flights a week) for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine constituting a systematic series - at least one flight a week or at least three flights per month during the celebration of Jewish New Year within the aggregate agreed with Israel aeronautical authorities and number of seats LLC "YanEir" LTD with the timing of the right: from 08.09.2015 to 18.09.2015.
8. Provide LLC "Aviation Company "Windrose" right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Bangkok (Kingdom of Thailand) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Dnipropetrovsk - Dubai (United Arab Emirates) - Dnipropetrovsk (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Lviv - Dubai (United Arab Emirates) - Lviv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Kyiv - Dubai (United Arab Emirates) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Kharkiv - Barcelona (Kingdom of Spain) - Kharkiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Kyiv - Tenerife (Kingdom of Spain) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Lviv - Larnaca (Cyprus) - Lviv (frequency of flights, 2 flights per week);
Kyiv - Dubrovnik (Republic of Croatia) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week);
Kyiv - Colombo (Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of an unlimited term of law.
9. Provide PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" right to operate air line Vinnitsa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Vinnitsa (frequency of flights 6 flights a week) for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine constituting systematic series - at least one flight a week or at least three flights per month during the celebration of Jewish New Year within aggregate consistent with Israel aeronautical authorities and number of seats for PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" with the timing of the right: from 07.09.2015 to 21.09.2015.
10. Provide PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Sharm el-Sheikh (Arab Republic of Egypt) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 10 flights a week);
Kharkov - Sharm el-Sheikh (Arab Republic of Egypt) - Kharkiv (frequency of flights 5 flights a week);
Odessa - Sharm el-Sheikh (Arab Republic of Egypt) - Odessa (frequency of flights 5 flights a week);
Lviv - Sharm el-Sheikh (Arab Republic of Egypt) - Lviv (frequency of flights 5 flights a week);
Zaporizhzhzya - Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt Arab Republic) - Zaporizhzhzya (frequency of flights 5 flights per week to week);
Kyiv - Hurghada (Egypt Arab Republic) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 10 flights a week);
Kharkiv - Hurghada (Egypt Arab Republic) - Kharkiv (frequency of flights 5 flights a week);

Kyiv - Alicante (Kingdom of Spain) - Kyiv (the frequency of flights, 1 flight per week);
Kyiv - Eilat (Israel) - Kyiv (the frequency of flights, 1 flight per week)
for charter international air transportation to/from Ukraine constituting a systematic series - at least one flight a week or at least three flights a month with timing of the law: from 25.10.2015 to 26.03.2016.
11. Provide PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" right to operate the air line Vinnitsa - Tel Aviv (Israel) - Vinnitsa (frequency of flights 2 flights a week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukrainewith the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 for an unlimited period.
12. Amend (change the information on the frequency of flights) to the right of PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" on the operation of the line Kyiv - Prague (Czech Republic) - Kyiv to perform scheduled international air transport from/to Ukraine by identifying frequency flights 17 flights per week of which 7 flights a week devoted exclusively for cargo transportation.
13. Provide LLC "Aviation Company "Windrose" right to operate air line Kyiv - Goa (Republic of India) - Kyiv (frequency of flights, 1 flight per week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of unlimited duration law.
14. Provide PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" right to operate air line Kyiv - Goa (Republic of India) - Kyiv (frequency of flights, 1 flight per week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of the term of rights : from 01.09.2015 for an unlimited period.
15. Provide LLC "Ukrainian-Mediterranean Airlines" the right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Copenhagen (Denmark) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week);
Kyiv - Larnaca (Cyprus) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week);
Kyiv - Stockholm (Sweden Kingdom) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
16. Deny LLC "Ukrainian-Mediterranean Airlines" to grant the right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Istanbul (Republic of Turkey) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Dusseldorf (Germany) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Paris (France) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Amsterdam (Netherlands) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Brussels (Belgium) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Yerevan (Armenia) - Kyiv
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine.
17. Provide LLC "Bravo Airlines" authority to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Copenhagen (Denmark) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week);
Kyiv - Larnaca (Cyprus) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week);
Kyiv - Stockholm (Sweden Kingdom) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 21.12.2025.
18. Provide LLC "Bravo Airlines" right to operate air line Kyiv - London (Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of the term of law: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
19. Deny LLC "Airline Bravo" in providing the right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Istanbul (Republic of Turkey) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Dusseldorf (Germany) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Paris (France) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Amsterdam (Netherlands) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Brussels (Belgium) - Kyiv;
Kyiv - Yerevan (Armenia) - Kyiv
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine.
20. Provide LLC "Bravo Airlines" right to operate air line Kyiv - Stuttgart (Germany) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
21. Provide LLC "Bravo Airlines" right to operate air line Kyiv - Hannover (Germany) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
22. Provide LLC "Bravo Airlines" right to operate air line Kyiv - Cologne (Germany) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
23. Provide LLC "Airline" Atlasjet Ukraine" right to operate air line Lviv - Naples (Italy) - Lviv (frequency of flights 3 flights a week) to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the definition of an unlimited term of rights.
24. Provide JSC "Aviation Company "Dniproavia" the right to operate air lines:

Lviv - Bologna (Italy) - Lviv (frequency of flights, 2 flights per week)

25. Provide LLC "Ukrainian-Mediterranean Airlines" the right to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Naples (Italy) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 2 flights a week);
Kyiv - Bologna (Italy) - Kyiv (the frequency of flights, 2 flights per week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
26. Provide LLC "Bravo Airlines" authority to operate air lines:
Kyiv - Naples (Italy) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week);
Kyiv - Bologna (Italy) - Kyiv (frequency of flights 7 flights a week)
to perform scheduled international air transportation to/from Ukraine with the timing of the right: from 01.09.2015 to 31.12.2025.
27. Amend (change the information on the frequency of flights) to the right of the instrument of PJSC "Airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" on the operation of the line Lviv - Bologna (Italy) - Lviv to perform scheduled international air transport from/to Ukraine by identifying frequency flight - 2 flights a week.
