Odessa Time Sculpture opened in Central Park City Garden |
On a rotating disk written words of recognition of twelve famous people around the world connected with Odessa among which are writer and humorist Michael Zhvanetskiy, actor and bard Vladimir Vysotsky, writers Alexander Pushkin, Konstantin Paustovsky, George Golubenko, singer Leonid Utyosov and others. On a rotating disk as carousel are bronze figurines symbolizing the stages of Odessa life: childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age. In the center of Odessa Time Sculpture on a high column there is a clock as a symbol of Odessa time and the fact that unique Odessa is a city that always lives in its own time zone.
