On 15th of December 2015 has completed construction of International Student Tourism Center on basis of Seagull Sport Base on Carolino Bugaz, Odessa region.

In addition to 58 lodges of Seagull Sport Base built six two-storey cottages for eight double or triple rooms.

It was also created new Sport Complex, academic building for summer schools and renovated open-air cinema with new furniture.

To formally complete the project administration of Odessa National Polytechnic University is preparing a final report for European Commission which acted as grantor of reconstruction of Seagull Sport Base.

European Commission have allocated to Ukrainian partners for the project - 1.6 million euros.

The following summer 2016 International Student Tourism Center will run in full mode. For this pre-invited students from Europe and Ukraine. The time of one shift is 10-12 days and the center will work in June, July, August - until 15 September.

In plans of Odessa National Polytechnic University is creation of Center of Alternative Energy of North-Western Black Sea Region on the basis of the infrastructure of new complex.
