On 7th of December 2015 Hotel InterContinental Kyiv hosted the third award ceremony for the best restaurants in Ukraine according to National Restaurant Awards Salt 2015.

This year geography of National Restaurant Awards Salt first time covered the whole territory of Ukraine - the list of finalists includes 116 restaurants in 11 cities.

The total number of nominees reached a record of 1140 restaurants in 40 cities of Ukraine.

There are restaurants which were nominated to participate in the awards and received the highest number of votes of experts as well as restaurants named the best in their category.

Each member of 116 finalists-restaurants at least twice been visited by members of jury as well as well-known restaurateurs in Ukraine that do not participate in the competition.

The main criterion for evaluation (50% of the results) is cuisine. In addition jury will evaluate service, atmosphere and specialty of restaurants.

During National Restaurant Awards Salt 2015 was named the best restaurants in Ukraine in 2015 in 11 categories:

- Coffee - Fair Finch, Kiev
- Meat Restaurant - Goodman, Kiev
- Seafood Restaurant - Golden Trout, Korostiv
- Ukrainian restaurant - Gribova Hata, Bukovel
- National Cuisine Restaurant - Fratelli, Odessa
- Confectionery - The Cake, Kiev
- Restaurant with the best wine list - Dog Ate Pigeon, Kiev
- Brasserie - Pig, Chernihiv
- Restaurant of Original Cuisine - Vintage Nouveau, Lviv
- Discovery of the Year - Favorite Uncle, Kiev
- Bar - Parovoz Speak Easy, Kiev
