On 28th - 30th of June 2013 in Lviv in Ukraine will be held second Lviv On The Plate 2013 Gastronomic Festival. The festival invite all tourists and gusets of Lviv city to taste the special flavor of dishes of Lviv Cuisine and join the revival of the culinary traditions of Lviv.

Within three days from 14:00 till 22:00 of Lviv On The Plate 2013 Gastronomic Festival residents, tourists, guests, visitors, experts, representatives of the sphere HORECA and gourmets will be able to visit the Lviv Cuisine Fair and "Enjoy the Carpathian taste" Fair and taste the dishes of the Lviv cuisine, traditional drinks and regional seasonal products.

Also guests of Lviv On The Plate 2013 Gastronomic Festival will be offered a unique opportunity to participate on 28th of June 2013 at 19:00 in Gala Dinner of Lviv Cuisine at the big table in the open air where the best chefs in Lviv will present dishes and drinks prepared by special recipes of Lviv cuisine.

The uniqueness of Lviv On The Plate 2013 Gastronomic Festival is in the fact that it unites restaurateurs, local producers, experts and professionals of gastronomy, gourmets who search for new recipes, promote local consumption of quality products and help to improve restaurant service in Lviv.

During Lviv Cuisine Fair will be held:

During "Enjoy the Carpathian taste" Fair you can try and buy high-quality products from nearly 30 manufacturers of Ivano-Frankivsk, Transcarpathian, Lviv and Chernivtsi regions. This is the first event where manufacturers from all four regions of the Ukrainian Carpathians joined together to present a wide range of products - such as cheese, herbal teas, jams, fruit juices, honey, meat products and so on.

In an exclusive atmosphere with luxurious serving will be held Gala Dinner of Lviv Cuisine in the open air. At one table to meet 300 Lviv citizens and guests. Top chefs and connoisseurs of the subtleties of Lviv will present dishes created by special recipes Lviv Cuisine using local producers. The menu which will be offered to guests of the gala dinner is being developed by the chefs of Lviv with the traditional recipes of the local cuisine will be offered hot and cold appetizers, first and second courses, traditional Lviv sweets and coffee, meals will be served with specially selected drinks.
