On 12th of September 2015
in Korosten will take place Potato Pancakes Festival 2015 - festival of Ukrainian cuisine and national traditions.
At Potato Pancakes Festival 2015 chefs demonstrate their art of cooking potato pancakes and dishes of potatoes so festival visitors determine the best dishes and award their cooks.
Within the holiday held competitions for the best poster of potato pancakes, potato pancakes recipe, delicious baked potato pancakes, best song, poem, joke and comic story about pancakes.
During Potato Pancakes Festival 2015 also will sound songs of different nations, screened theatrical folk rites, created antiquities exhibition.
At the festival will work Potato Pancakes School so experienced cooks will teach all those who wish to cook potato pancakes and get a diploma of Korosten International School of Potato Pancakes Cooking.
During the festival will take place competitions in Potato Pancakes Triathlon which includes the following competitions:
- Throwing potato pancakes in a bowl with sour cream of 5 meters
- Throwing potato pancakes in a competitor of 5 meters
