On 19.11.2014 - 19.01.2015 in Kiev at Sophia square will be held celebration of New Year and Christmas 2015. Organizers confirmed that in 2015 the main Christmas Tree of Ukraine is changing location and will be at Sophia square.

Sophia square is located next to one of the oldest monuments of Ukraine - St. Sophia Cathedral. Here will take place Ukrainian traditional celebrations, children's desire to serve by St. Nicholas and will be built Christmas city.

For the first time in history of Ukraine during the celebration of New Year and Christmas 2015 will be heard only Ukrainian song. After all the organizers seek to restore traditional New Year celebrations and start a real Ukrainian New Year.

"New Year at Sophia" unite festivals: Festival of St. Nicholas, Opening Residences of St. Nicholas, the official opening of main Christmas Tree, celebrating New Year's Eve and Christmas "Krajina Mriy 2015".

On Christmas scene will perform Ukrainian singers accompanied by National Symphony Orchestra "Kyiv Classic".

Under the open sky will be presented Folk Artists Fair where all tourists could choose gifts for their families made in Ukraine. On territory of St. Sophia Cathedral will be opened Residence of St. Nicholas, City of Ice Sculptures and much more.
