On 30th of April 2015 in Syretsky park opens Kiev Children Railway - the railway of passenger service made by children on locomotive TU7 with three passenger cars Pafawag.

The schedule of Kiev Children Railway is 11:00 - 15:00 on weekends during period May - end of August.

The fare is 18 UAH for children and 24 UAH for adults. Children under 6 years travel free of charge.

About Kiev Children Railway

Kiev Children Railway was opened on August 2, 1953 in Syretsky park. On the railroad operate two locomotive TU7 - №3192 and №3197, one steam train GR-336 and three passenger cars Pafawag. The road is equipped with semi-automatic lock and train, station and locomotive radio. There are 13 railroad semaphores.

Kiev Children Railway consists of two rings - small and large. Also on large ring there is viaduct over ravine - height of 19,6 meters and length of 100 meters.

In school "Young Railwayman" engaged more than 450 children.
