On 20th of February 2015 deputies of Kherson City Council made changes to program "Development of Tourism in Kherson 2011-2015". Kherson city budget will be allocated for development of tourism infrastructure, creating an attractive image of Kherson, marketing and promotional activities.

- On information support of Internet portal "Kherson Guide" are planning to spend 15 000 UAH
- presentation production of Kherson (Kherson maps, tourist brochures, booklets) - 11 500 UAH
- for production and establishment of information signs - 5 000 UAH

In addition by example of other Ukrainian cities and European traditions in Kherson will be open "Kherson Tourism Information Center".

For creation of "Kherson Tourism Information Center" will be allocated funds of 178 000 UAH. It is planned that "Kherson Tourism Information Center" where tourists can get information about Kherson museums, theaters, hotels, cafes and even direction of public transport and many others - will be located on Alexandr Suvorov street, 8 in so-called "House with Atlanteans".
