Rook Freya is a modern replica of medieval rook that was built in 2012 by Kherson craftsmen by blueprints found in the drakkar in Norway. The medieval blueprints are construction plans of three different rooks and Rook Freya is the largest one by its size.

Since then the rook regularly gives many tourists who come in Kherson a vacation on Dnieper river.

Unique Rook Freya several times went to Black Sea, made a long river trip along Dnieper river and even visited Belarus.

The rook is a Scandinavian boat and there is everything that is necessary for real romantics:

- Powerful sails and numerous oars for oarsmen
- Cozy cabin for crew and captain's cabin

Before departure a special medieval ceremony takes place in costumes of Middle Ages.
