On 3rd of August 2013 in Malynivka near Kharkiv in Ukraine will be held Ukrainian festival of ritual and modern wedding - Festival Wedding in Malynivka 2013.

This year's festival will be especially memorable for newlyweds who will make step on the towel on 3rd of August so their marriage will be registered under the open sky at the wedding area of the festival.

The highlight of Festival Wedding in Malynivka 2013 will be the unveiling of a monument to one of the most colorful characters in the film "Wedding in Malynivka" Papandopulo in the center of Malynivka village which can be seen on big screen on the festival field.

A large list of exquisite wedding dishes will impress all the housewives.

At Festival Wedding in Malynivka 2013 you can buy something to remember and the young men to be able to forge wedding ring in the wedding forges.

At the last festival in 2012 was drawn up towel of total length 2 921 meters - the largest towel in Ukraine confirmed by Book of Ukrainian Records.

10:00 - Opening of the festival grounds:

• "Wedding gate" (exhibition "Great-grandmother wedding", a show program equestrian theater, a parade of wedding bands)
• "Creative Workshop" (master-classes of body art, wedding hairstyles, exhibition and sale of crafts works and master classes in their production)
• "Wedding Pavilion" (presentation of the exhibition halls of villages in Chuhuiv district)
• "Arch Lovers" (registration of marriage wedding couples (officially), registration of marriage for one day (unofficially)
• "Travel Slobozhanschina" (presentation of Ukraine travel agencies)
• "Children's Town" (children's attractions, circus, clown performances)
• "Wedding karaoke"
• "Wedding Mosaic" (quizzes, performances by folk groups, the presentation of Ukrainian wedding traditions and grooms competition for the title of "Hercules of Chuhuiv")
• "Wedding Field" (an exhibition of wedding attributes, costume retro studio)

15:00 - opening of a monument to the character to the movie "Wedding in Malynivka" Papandopulo. The monument in the center of Malynivka will install near the House of Culture.

16:00 - start working the main stage of the festival

17:00 - newlyweds and guests will congratulate "honorary matchmakers" then there will be a concert featuring Ruslana and finalists of "X-factor" - Oleg Kenzov, Aida Nikolaichuk and Victor Romanchenko as well as the rock band "Kiev-electro".

22:00-23.00 - scheduled to hold a fire show and fireworks
