Youth Cafe "Submarine in Steppes of Ukraine" by investment project is planned to be cafe-museum in caisson of Object №1 “Stalin Tunnel” in Obolon district of Kiev.

Update! The caisson of Object №1 “Stalin Tunnel” will be transformed to entertainment center in first part of 2021.

Mission – create cafe-museum in caisson of Object №1 “Stalin Tunnel”.

Goal – build full service cafe and a new tourist attraction in Obolon district of Kiev.

Financing - local and foreign investments.

Plot Description

- Dedicated plot of 24 acres
- Plot size - 60 x 40 meters
- The plot is located in Obolon district of Kiev on embankment of Dnieper river
- Plot is in municipal ownership
- Plantings of the plot – rare forest
- Soil – sand
- Caisson of Object №1 “Stalin Tunnel” was built in 1939 and it is 78 years old
- Condition of the caisson is very good as walls are more than 1 meter of reinforced concrete
