On 25th - 27th
of July 2014 near Dnipropetrovsk at Mayske Airport will be held 5th Group Acrobatics Skydiving Championship 2014 of teams of fours (RW-4) - one of the most spectacular disciplines of parachuting.
Participation in competitions announced 5 teams whose members come from different cities of Ukraine compete for Group Acrobatics Skydiving Championship 2014.
Purpose and Objectives
1.1. Popularization and development of parachuting in Ukraine
1.2. Further growth of sportsmanship of paratroopers
1.3. Determination of the strongest athletes and teams of paratroopers and aviation organizations in Ukraine for completing National Teams of Ukraine
1.4. Activation of a training operations of sports organizations
1.5. Implementation of norms of Unified Sports Classification of Ukraine
Date and Venue
2.1. Competitions are held on base of Aviation Company "Air-Union Ltd" at Mayske Airfield
2.2. Drawing competition held in two phases on the following dates:
2.2.1. The drawing exercise number 1 of group acrobatics "Quartet" - July 25-27, 2014
2.2.2. The drawing exercise number 2 of group acrobatics "Deuce" - 20-21 September 2014
2.3. The arrival of judges and sports teams at Dnipropetrovsk region, Sinelnikovskoye district, Mayske, Mayske airfield. Hours of work of Credentials Committee - 9:00 - 10:00 on the first day of drawing exercises
Management and Organization of Competitions
3.1. Competitions are organized and conducted in accordance with the regulations that govern flight and parachute training in aviation organizations in Ukraine
3.2. Preparation and organization of the competition relies on Aviation Company "Air-Union Ltd" and Federation of Parachuting of Ukraine
3.3. Direct responsibility for the competition relies on competition chief and chief judge appointed to the laws
Logistical Support of Competition
4.1 Competitions are held by members entry fee and sponsorship fees
4.2 The application form fee for participating in the competition shall be paid on the day of arrival of athletes in the amount of 400 UAH (around 33 US dollars)
4.3 Parachute jumps participants are paid according to the price of the airfield
4.4 Directions judges round trip, per diem, meals, lodging are reimbursed according to estimates
4.5 The organizers of the competition provide judges, staff, athletes and members of health care teams, training venues, take and keep a sports property, airport, aircraft maintenance engineering, management and flight time jumps in competition
4.6 Sport delegation arriving with their parachutes and necessary equipment
Deadline for Application and Admission
5.1 Application fee and application form for the competition shall be submitted 30 days before the drawing exercises at e-mail: skydive@avia-soyuz.com.ua. Inquiries: +38 050 320-56-59, fax. (05663) 5-33-30
5.2 To participate in the competition allowed teams of aviation organizations and teams that are arranged by agreement voluntarily and with representatives of some parachute clubs
5.3 Competitors must have a certificate skydiver not below the grade of "C" of the group acrobatics
5.4 Participants who do not have identity of paratrooper "C" class of group acrobatics admitted to the competition after successfully passing 2 qualifying rounds for implementation of standards paratrooper "C" class of group acrobatics
5.5 All participants must be members of FPS Ukraine
5.6 When registering, participants submit:
- Roll-call application for athletes in 4 copies, printed by the prescribed form
- Certificate parachutist of class "C"
- Personal account book of parachute jumps
- Insurance in an amount not less than 10 000 UAH
5.7 Competitors of group acrobatics on all exercises playing team championship
5.8 The members of the teams from the group formed by the acrobatics following principle:
- Exercise number 1 group acrobatics "Quartet" - the team consists of four parachutists and aircraft operator
- Exercise number 2 group acrobatics "two" - a team of two parachutists and aircraft operator
- The team has no air operator invites him. In this case the operator is not a member of this team in each round the team has the right to invite another operator
5.9 Competitors must have a hard helmets, altimeters and audible alarm in height. Parachute system must have insuring devices
5.10 The responsibility for the safety and preparedness of athletes jumping at competitions held organizers of the competition
5.11 The team that violated safety requirements in one of the tours to further jumps are not allowed
5.12 Minimum number of commands for drawing competition - 3 teams in each exercise
Competition Program
6.1 Exercise number 1 group acrobatics "Quartet" - 8 jumps
6.2 Exercise number 2 group acrobatics "Deuce" - 5 jumps
6.3 If due to weather conditions or force majeure full program can not be executed the competition will be drawn at a minimum:
- Exercise number 1 - 6 jumps
- Exercise number 2 - 3 jumps
Terms of Exercises and Evaluation
7.1. Terms of exercise program of 5th Group Acrobatics Skydiving Championship 2014 in accordance with applicable rules of sporting events with parachuting
7.2. Exercise number 1 of group acrobatics "Four"
Jumping from a height of 3050 m performed, working time 35 s. Due to the weather conditions by decision of Chief Judge and Chief of the competition parachutists jump height may be increased to 4200 m
Exercise number 1 of group acrobatics "Four" includes figures and blocks programs of World Cup 2014 of which formed complexes of group acrobatics parachute shapes using the draw
7.3. Exercise number 2 group acrobatics "Deuce"
Jumping from a height of 3050 m performed, working time 25 s. Given the weather conditions by the decision of Chief Judge and Chief of the competition parachutists jump height may be increased to 4200 m
7.4. Speed when jumping should not exceed 11 m/s
7.5. Priority jumping teams determined by lot in the day of Credentials Committee and remains the same for all rounds
7.6. Evaluation of the program jumps competition held by the judge via video recording air operator command
7.7. Protests and complaints teams to work video operator panel of judges are not considered
Defining Outcome of Competition
8.1. Exercise number 1. Acrobatic Group - "Four" and Exercise number 2. Acrobatic Group - "Deuce"
Place team is determined by the greatest amount credited sequences in all rounds. The team that performed the highest number of sequences is declared the winner
Award Winners
9.1. Exercise number 1 group acrobatics "Quartet" and Exercise number 2 group acrobatics "Deuce"
- The winners of the championship of Ukraine awarded in 2014 with the group acrobatics teams are awarded with cups, medals and diplomas
- Teams winners are awarded medals and diplomas.
9.2. When participating in competitions at least 4 teams award is made only in the first place
