Electric Marathon 2015 finish on 10th of June 2015 in Monte Carlo. Prince Albert II of Monaco has awarded the winners of the marathon at the square before Royal Palace. Grand Prix received the team from Estonia on Tesla S.

The winner in the category "hybrid" was the team Burisma (Opel Ampera). The main prize in the category "cars converted into electrical" got Pobeda (GAZ M20), Estonia.

On 03.06.2015 - 10.06.2015 will take place Electric Marathon 2015 with start in Kiev, Ukraine and finish in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.

The route of Electric Marathon 2015 begin in Kiev - Ukrainian capital then follow to Kuznetsovsk - Lviv - Kraków - Ostrava - Bratislava - Szombathely - Graz - Maribor - Ljubljana - Padova - Brescia - Torino - Cuneo - Menton and finish in Monte Carlo.

Competitions of Electric Marathon 2015 take place under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco and have already earned the title of most famous event in electric cars (EV) racing.

Participants of the marathon - six electric cars, three electric motorcycles and four antique electric cars (produced before 1939 and changed to electric) will travel ten countries and fifteen cities covered the distance of 2600 km. Participate in single or in all stages of electric rally could all owners of electric vehicles that are allowed to move on public roads.

Electric Marathon 2015 is an annual sports event targeted to bring attention to environmental protection and cultural development.

The purpose of the event:

- To encourage and increase awareness of environmentally friendly electric vehicles
- Develop cooperation between different regions in Europe
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and electric vehicles
- Develop the idea of sustainable development in European cities
- Increase the effectiveness of regional cooperation in Europe

Electric Marathon 2015 Requirements for Cars

• I category - prototypes or modified electric vehicles registered in M or N category
• II category - a series of electrical vehicles registered in M or N category
• III category - light vehicles with electric drive registered in L category
• IV category - vintage car (until 1939 production) which completes most of the stages of race and come to the finish line in Monte Carlo
• V category - hybrid vehicles with electric drive
• VI category - electric motorcycles
