Dnipropetrovsk Museum "Cars of Time" will be open on 13th of November 2014 |
Car collection of museum creator Michail Prudnikov associated with cars of Soviet times and also has a small bias in the subjects of auto-sport. Technical museum "Cars of Time" will present 25 vintage cars and buses which will be located on the territory of approximately 1160 square meters. As conceived by the founder of the museum it will be built in several stages with a gradual increase in the number of exhibits and filling the floor space of the museum. Reproductions on walls are repeat significant places of Dnipropetrovsk: railway station, the main avenue, theaters, parks, factories. The museum will be recreated streets and sidewalks including the old cast-iron benches, bins, lighting poles, sewer manholes, water column, phone boxes, cigarette stalls, stands with ads, shop windows and even public transport stops. Crossing the threshold of Technical museum "Cars of Time" visitors back in timet to around 1976 year. It is planned to introduce Dnipropetrovsk exposition "Auto-sport".
