On 15th - 22th of July 2013 in Lyubimovka, Sevastopol, Crimea in Ukraine on beautiful coast of Black Sea will be held First festival of Healthy Life - Fresh Fest 2013.

The festival is free from alcohol, drugs and cigarettes. The mail goal of Fresh Fest 2013 is to attract young people to take an active and healthy lifestyle.

Internet, TV, Advertising - a huge flow of information falls on the person every day. it is hard to handle even the adult and the younger generation is immersed in chat rooms, games, TV series, replacing real life - a lif on-line. It is therefore important to consider the complex and work with young people. The best teacher - by example.

Fresh Fest 2013 is the first step in educating the next healthy generation.

The festival is open to children up to 18 years, men and women from 18 to 30 years old have an active lifestyle, couples over 25 years with children up to 12 years, men and women over the age of 50 who concerned about the health of their grandchildren.

At Fresh Fest 2013 will be located such sport zones: table tennis, badminton, billiards, beach soccer, beach volleyball, aerobics, shaping, pilates, water aerobics, bodyflex, yoga.

To the knowledge of the new and exciting skills will be held the following workshops: walking on the slackline, parkour, rock climbing, capoeira, street workout, archery, crossbow shooting, shooting a pellet gun, shooting a slingshot.

Fresh Fest 2013 will be held various championships: beach volleyball, beach soccer, table tennis, arm wrestling, powerlifting, bodybuilding, street workout.

There will also be numerous master classes on healthy living, nutrition, psychological and business training, ethnic and cultural events.
