During Kazantip Yoga, Tantra, Massage YoTa Festival 2013 will be a one-day training of tantra of Ananda Kumar (India).

Yoga

The ancient Indian system of spiritual, mental and physical practices that help you learn to control your body and mind, improve health, find spiritual harmony and live fully, consciously and happily.

At the festival will feature dozens of areas of Yoga ranging from the classic (Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga 23, Kriya Yoga, Himalayan Yoga, Nidra Yoga) and new practices (Pair Yoga, Women's Yoga, Children's Yoga, Laughter Yoga and others).

Tantra

It is an ancient technique of transformation of consciousness and worldviews system. The father of modern Tantra - Osho Rajneesh - said that of 112 tantric techniques given by Shiva to his wife Parvati in the book "Vijnana Bhairava Tantra" be sure to find at least one that will change your view of yourself and the World.

Tools, techniques or rituals of Tantra suggest that the practitioner does something previously done for him was impossible. As a result a person goes beyond the usual picture of the world, beyond the boundaries of a world in which he lived. Sometimes this is due to a violation of traditions, rules and well-established course of action.

Massages

Massage is an ancient healing practice. It helps to relax the body and mind, relieve mental and physical connection, ensure proper circulation of energy. In addition massages develop sensitivity and increase the attractiveness of personal power, extend the range of the interaction between a man and a woman.
