On 27th - 28th of September 2013 in Chernihiv, Ukraine will take place festival Chernihiv Jazz Open 2013 - a good progressive jazz festival in the northern capital of Ukraine - Chernihiv.

The festival takes place at the end of September known as the Indian summer - the most romantic time of Chernihiv autumn. At these days the ancient Chernihiv is extremely miraculous and romantic with all its parks coloured with golden, reddish and bronze leaves and numerous cathedrals and monasteries.

Chernihiv Jazz Open 2013 is a big party scene interlacing of impressive energy of the talented musicians and grateful audience. A good festival is a combination of many details and we attend to each of them. The best evaluation of our job is a sincere appreciation of the musicians and the audience from the different parts of the world.

The main festival site is Chernihiv Shevchenko Music and Drama Theater located in the city central square. Free concerts of the young jazz bands will be performed at the open “Green Scene".

Jazz parade is one of Chernihiv Jazz Open 2013 events of the second festival day. This time the festival comes out into the streets of Chernihiv. The musicians, audience and guests of the festival come along the central city street in a big, bright crowd with the music of a foot tapping Dixieland. All participants of the jazz parade will enjoy improvisation, good mood and crazy energy of the parade!
