The address of the new 4 star hotel in Zhytomyr is Peremohy Square, 6 and it is the historical location of the former Hotel Zhytomyr built in 1971 which could accommodate up to 420 guests in 244 rooms with top service of restaurant and cafe, hairdresser, beauty salon and bookshop. In 1980 Hotel Zhytomyr took second place in Ukraine in the republican competition for the best hotel.
