On 18.02.2026 in Stockholm, Sweden The Ukrainian Transport Support Fund was officially launched with the first project connected with the Ukrainian Air Navigation Restoration and Modernization with the support of Sweden.

A letter of intent on the implementation of this project, which is aimed at restoring and modernizing the air navigation infrastructure, was signed between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden.

The practical implementation of the initiative involves cooperation at the operational level between the state enterprise Ukraerorukh and the Swedish company SAAB.

Plans for the implementation of this project were launched back in 2023. Today, it is extremely important that a financial mechanism has been found for their practical implementation.

Ukraerorukh confirms its readiness to join the operational implementation of the agreements and ensure the implementation of solutions necessary to restore air navigation services at airports.

Cooperation with European partners is the basis for the effective restoration of the Ukrainian air navigation infrastructure and the restoration of safe flight services in Ukrainian skies.
