On 07.02.2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine for the first time in its history Kyiv Children's Railway switched to Year-Round Operation by the diesel locomotive so the children train traffic will not stop in winter anymore.

Previously the transportation season was only in the warm season but now Kyiv children trains run in winter as well.

Kyiv Children's Railway operates autonomously by the diesel locomotive and it does not depend on external electric power supply.

A cozy Children's Main Railway Station and warm train cars will await passengers.

The children train will run in February, March and April on every weekend.

Departure time:

11:10, 11:50, 13:10, 13:50, 15:10, 16:30.
