On 21.03.2026 in Haivoron, Ukraine will take place Haivoron Steam Locomotive Train Tour on a wide gauge led by the steam locomotive Er №798-71 (1953) and on a narrow gauge by the steam locomotive 159 №4-95 (1938).

As part of the 25th Ukrainian steam locomotive train tour there will be three tourist trips for all lovers of active recreation and railway fans to welcome spring together with the Haivoron Express!

Haivoron Steam Locomotive Train Tour Program includes:

- exciting journey into the past on a classic train led by a real 88- and 73-year-old steam locomotives
- picturesque landscapes of Ukrainian Podillia

Train tours on a narrow gauge will be with a steam locomotive 159 №4-95 (1938) along the route Haivoron - Khashchuvate and Haivoron - Peredbuzhzhia, along the route Haivoron - Henrikhivka on a wide gauge pulled by a steam locomotive Er №798-71 (1953).

The average cost of a train ticket for a classic steam train in one direction is 141 and 148 UAH for an adult and 110 UAH for children under 14 years old.

Traditionally, for convenient access to the starting point and return home Ukrainian Railways scheduled non-stop train cars on the Kyiv - Haivoron, Lviv - Haivoron and Odesa - Haivoron routes. Trains depart from Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa in the evening of March 20, 2026 and from Haivoron back in the evening on March 21, 2026. Transfer tickets will be available for sale on the official website of Ukrainian Railways in a few days and additional information will be provided.
