From 18.12.2025 in Ukraine is available for download Ukraine Emergency Service 112 App - in a critical situation this official app can be used to call 112 operator for help of ambulance, rescuers and the police.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has developed an official emergency service app that can work even without a mobile connection.

Important! Be sure to log in before using Ukraine Emergency Service 112 App.

When can the 112 "One One Two" application be especially useful:

- where there is Wi-Fi but no mobile signal
- in areas with weak or unstable cell-phone coverage
- during accidents or disruptions in cellular networks

Among the next steps is the option to call in sign language so that the service is as accessible as possible to all users.

So 112 Ukraine service is about the ability to get help under any conditions even when other communication channels are unavailable.

All personal data is protected. The application complies with Ukraine cybersecurity standards. Data is used exclusively for processing emergency calls.
