On 03.11 - 04.11.2025 in Kyiv take place Kyiv Business Festival Hotelier's Dream - the event which is a concentration of solutions, acquaintances and inspiration for those who manage a hotel in Ukraine in 2025.
The venue of the event is Pochayna Event Hall in Kyiv.
On the first day of the forum there are practical cases from colleagues who are already finding solutions, discussions with experts, sessions on finance, personnel, service and sales.
The second day - a dynamic quest game "Dream Hotel - 3 or Dream Team" which changes the format of the usual events: live situations from hotel life, team interaction, real business challenges that need to be overcome together.
Among the 250 festival participants are founders, managers of hotels, restaurants, tour operators, travel agencies, investors, business coaches, service and design experts, HR experts, marketers, designers, tour guides and representatives of hospitality industry suppliers.

10 teams and 14 quest locations
Goal of the game: to immerse yourself in the hospitality industry of today's Ukraine, learn about trends, moods, problems of hoteliers and restaurateurs, improve your business and investment skills, communicate with each other in the team, get more information about the event partners, establish connections, show intelligence, sociability, awareness, make new acquaintances, create shared memories, win and get valuable prizes.
Part One
"Quest"
The goal is for the team must go through all the quest locations, complete the tasks at each, trying to get the most points. Points are awarded in the form of money - hoteliers.
Part Two
"Project"
The goal is for the team to find a solution to the problem using the amount of money earned during the quest. The team submits the solution for evaluation by the jury.
