On 18.10.2025 on Dnipro Festival Pier will be held Retro Rally Autumn 2025 with a very special star - fully restored driving and navigating homemade Ant Amphibious Vehicle of 1975 year of production.

Classic cars and motorcycles over 35 years old in a fully restored condition will participate in the Retro Rally Autumn 2025.

The start of the festival is at 12:00 with participation of classic cars from the Technical Museum "Machines of Time" (Tekhnichnyy Muzey "Mashyny Chasu") as well as private collectors and owners.

As part of the festival a car rally will be held along a route on the streets of the city of Dnipro.

About Ant Amphibious Vehicle

The Ant Amphibious Vehicle ("Muravei") is a unique homemade amphibious vehicle designed and built in 1975 in the Kharkiv region by engineer Grigoriy Shkarupa. The vehicle featured a duralumin body, the suspension of a C3-D motorized sidecar and the engines of motorcycles - Kyiv K-750 and Izhevsk IZH-56. The "Muravei" was capable of traveling both on land at 60 km/h and on water at up to 15 km/h. The unique homemade vehicle was primarily used for hunting and fishing by his designer for many years.

In 2019 Grigoriy Shkarupa's relatives donated the unique amphibious vehicle to the Technical Museum "Machines of Time" in Dnipro where after restoration it took pride of place on display.
