AN-30 UR-30026 is a new exhibit of Odesa Aviation Museum at Hydroport Airfield |
This Antonov AN-30 aircraft took-off in his first flight on 01.10.1974 (USSR-30026, serial number 05-05). Until May 1981 the aircraft was in operation of West Siberian Civil Aviation Authority of Aeroflot after which it flew in Kyiv Joint Air Detachment. After Ukraine Independence got the registration number UR-30026 and during 1993 - 2001 flew in fleet of Air Ukraine Airlines. Since 2006 has been at the ramp of Plant 410 Civil Aviation at Kyiv International Airport and in 2021 was plans to be cut it in scrup metal but was saved and in January 2022 transferred to Odesa Aviation Museum for future restoration as a new exhibit. The new exhibit Antonov AN-30 will take the most honorable place in the exposition of Odesa Aviation Museum which already includes two Yak-40, MiG-19PM, MiG-21UM, MiG-23ML, SU-9, SU-17M4P, L-29 Dolfin and L-39 Albatros.
