On 12.01.2021 Ukrainian Railways open possibility to purchase train tickets by Chat Bot in Viber and Telegram and order services like food, displaying the schedule, returning purchased tickets and other.

Payment for train tickets could be made directly in the chat bot for which you could link a payment card in your e-wallet as well as use Google Pay, Apple Pay and Viber Chatbot Payments.

The project was implemented jointly with Visa and Ukrainian Railways technology partner Middleware Inc. (USA) - based on Corezoid Hyperautomation Engine technology. Bank "Oschadbank" acted as the bank-acquirer of the service.

Chat bot speaks three languages - English, Ukrainian and Russian.
