On 09.06.2021 Governmental Organization ARMA transferred Sukholuchchya Residence to management of Ukrainian 7 Days Hotel-Restaurant Network in accordance with its proposed management program.

7 Days Hotel-Restaurant Network plans to create on the territory of the complex guest areas for recreation and family entertainment, construction of a seasonal pool, arrangement of hotel rooms, organization of two restaurants.

Sukholuchchya Residence is the hunting grounds of former President Viktor Yanukovych on the shores of Kyiv Sea near the village of Sukholuchchya and occupy 30 000 hectares.

Two thirds of the territory is forest, one third is water. Today there live about 320 deer, 350 wild boars, 90 moose, 360 roe deer, hundreds of hares and beavers and tens of thousands of ducks.

From the middle of the XX century there was a territory intended for hunting members of Central Committee of Communist Party of Ukrainian SSR and after the proclamation of Ukraine's independence - deputies and officials.

In 2007 former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych made the decision to improve infrastructure of Sukholuchchya Residence - the area was surrounded by a 2-3-meter moat, fenced, roads were laid, hunting towers were constructed and two hunting residences were built in "Island" (Honka-2 House) and "Acacia" (Acacia House) areas.

We hope that new management of Sukholuchchya Residence will create high attractive Sukholuchchya Hotel-Restaurant Complex which will be visited by tourists from Ukraine and abroad.
