On 10.09.2021 in Kyiv will be held Kyiv Steam Train Tour with Locomotive GR-336 by the route of 15 kilometers of Kyiv Children's Railway - Kyiv narrow gauge railway with photo stops and entertainment.

The venue of the event is Kyiv Children's Railway and working time: 15:00 - 20:00.

In 1953 the locomotive GR-336 opened traffic on Kyiv Children's Railway and all this time was actively operated.

Kyiv Children's Railway is a unique object - an educational institution for teenagers who are interested in railways an it is a real forge of personnel for Ukrainian Railways.

On this narrow guauge railway there is an unique building - a viaduct bridge of 1954 which is 20 meters high and 100 meters.

The main station of Kyiv Children's Railway is an exact copy of Kyiv Central Railway Station but reduced by 10 times for which it is included in Guinness Book of Records.

There are various locomotives and railway cars at Kyiv Children's Railway: two TU-7A diesel locomotives, locomotive GR-336 (1951), 12 passenger Pafawag railway cars, box railways car and a freight railway platform.

The group of railway fans will ride for about 15 kilometers under lead of locomotive GR-336. The steam train will consist of a box railway car, freight railway platform and three narrow-gauge passenger railways cars which were built in 1960 in Poland.

During the trip guests of Kyiv Children's Railway are waiting:

- tasting of fried eggs with bacon on shovel of a steam locomotive driver
- unique chance to ride narrow-gauge trolleys - manual, electric and petrol
- opportunity to try yourself as a diesel locomotive driver
