On 02.11.2021 in Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra was opened Trinity Gate Church Entry after facade restoration which took place during three years by the team of twelve professional restorers.

The right part of Trinity Gate church is still under restoration but even now is clearly visible the beauty of frescoes which get more bright colors.

Golden roof of the church is also gilded with new layer which makes great impression who visit Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra for first time especially in a sunny day.

The restoration tender was 17 mln of grivna (around 567 000 Euro) and works were held from October 2018 to November 2021.

During the restoration works the main entry to Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra was closed several times. Now it will finally open for every visitor and tourist of Kyiv.
