On 04.11.2021 at Kramatorsk Railway Station was installed Steam Locomotive 9P-337 Monument - steam locomotive made in 1949 which was restored by railway enthusiasts during two months.

This steam locomotive was working till 1985 at "Kramatorsk Metallurgical Plant named after Valerian Kuibyshev" which was transformed into "Kramatorsk Ferroalloy Plant" LLC in 2010.

Steam Locomotive 9P-337 was restored by financial support of Charity Fund of Eduard Mkrtchan and consultations of railway enthusiast Vadim Ponomarenko - a diesel locomotive driver from Dnipro who repeatedly came to Kramatorsk as a consultant during the restoration work.

The idea to install Steam Locomotive 9P-337 near the railway station was suggested by the city local historian Serhiy Kukochka.

The event is dedicated to 160th anniversary of the start of railway passenger transportation in Ukraine.
