After 24.09.2021 citizens of countries who need Ukrainian visa have to get Biometric Ukrainian Visa with mandatory collection of their biometric data for visa issue.

On 23.03.2021 President of Ukraine sign the amendment to Law of Ukraine "About Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons" concerning "Submission of Biometric Data for Visas by Foreigners and Stateless Persons" №1328-IX.

According to the new law foreigners and stateless persons are obliged to submit their biometric data during the visa application in accordance with the procedure established by Cabinet of Ministers unless otherwise provided by the law.

Refusing of a foreigner to submit his / her biometric data is defined as an additional reason for denying him / her a Ukrainian visa issue.

The new law enters into force in the end of September 2021!
