On 16.01 - 17.01.2020 in Vinnytsia will take place Vinnytsia Tourist Hackathon with idea of creation of unique tourism products, development of tours and programs for Vinnytsia tourist business.

The venue of the tourist hackathon is Youth Center "Square", Teatralna St, 15 and working time:

16.01.2019: 14:00 - 19:00
17.01.2019: 09:00 - 20:00

Participating teams are encouraged to develop unique tourism products in following types of tourism:

- military
- medical
- gastronomic
- nostalgic
- event
- environmental
- MICE

The end result of Vinnytsia Tourist Hackathon will be a fully crafted tourist product that has:
- concept: name, description of idea, rationale, activity (in case of event - program of events and participants)
- identity: logo, style elements
- material expression - booklet, poster, page on social networks, souvenirs, etc.
- implementation plan
- promotion with target audiences
- formed budget

The hackathon will consist of two parts:

16.01.2019: 14:00 - 19:00 - lectures on tourism product creation and marketing, ideas and team building

17.01.2019: 09:00 - 20:00 - work on ideas in teams with involvement of mentors, presentation of ideas and selection of winners

All projects will be evaluated by a qualified jury. All participants will receive gifts for participation and the winning team in addition to the prizes will be supported by Vinnytsia Marketing and Tourism Department.

The best ideas for tourism products will be incorporated into Vinnytsia Tourism Development Strategy.
