On 04.11.2020 Ukraine Government set the reduction of VAT tax rate for Tourism from 20 to 7 percent till 01.01.2023 that let Ukrainian tourism, culture and cinema to recover and keep active in business for next two years.

VAT tax rate reduction is set for:

- Hostels and Hotels
- Tours for groups and individual visitors in museums, zoos and reserves visiting their territories and attraction objects
- Performances: theater, cirsus, opera
- Festivals, concerts
- Cimena
- Exhibitions

The new correction of VAT tax rate lets the business to stay afloat during times of reduction of tourist flows. It aslo gives the possibility for international hotel brands to become the partners of Ukrainian hotels and improve their hotel network in the world business.
