In budget of Ukraine 2020 for the first time of all time of independent Ukraine is provided financing for Promotion of Ukraine Tourism Potential in amount of 240 million UAH (around 8,75 mln Euro).

Ukrainian government decided to invest budget funds in the development of tourism potential of Ukraine and inbound tourism with goal to attract more international tourists and incease gross domestic product.

It is estimates that one international tourist visiting Ukraine invest about 450 Euro in Ukrainian economic development.

Ukrainian officials also plans to spend about 500 million UAH (around 18,2 mln Euro) on in-country tourism programs for youth and domestic tourism in order to stimulate the travel of Ukrainian tourists in Ukraine.

The newly established State Agency for Tourism Development will be engaged in the implementation of Ukrainian tourism development program.
