On 15.06.2020 in Ukraine will restart International Regular Passenger Flights beginning with domestic flights on 05.06.2020 but depends on decision of opening of borders of other countries.

Before that time subway, bus and train transport infrastructure will be operational and already working since:

22.05.2020 - regular and irregular bus passenger transportation in urban, suburban, intra-regional and international routes

25.05.2020 - metro transport service in large cities

01.06.2020 - railway passenger transportation in city, regional, long-distance domestic and interregional routes

01.06.2020 - bus interregional passenger transportation

Mandatory safety requirements will remain unchanged - mask mode.

Hotels in Ukraine going to be opened on 22.05.2020 and restaurants on 10.06.2020.

Still the quarantine in Ukraine itself going to last until 22.06.2020 with possibility to be removed earlier.
