On 11.08.2020 in Ukraine re-start Ukraine Gambling with casinos in 4, 5 star hotels and recreation complexes, bookmakers and slot machines in 3, 4, 5 star hotels and age of players limited no less than 21 years old.

Casinos is alowed to create in such facilities:

- Kyiv city - territory of hotels category 4 and 5 stars with number of rooms not less than 150 rooms

- Other Ukrainian cities - territory of hotels of category 4 and 5 stars with number of rooms not less than 100 rooms

- Recreation complexes with 5 stars hotel - territory located outside the cities and consisting of two or more buildings and structures with total area at least 10 000 square meters

- Special Territorial Gambling Zones - territory of the special territorial gambling zone created by decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Slot machine halls and bookmakers can be accommodated in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. In addition bookmakers are allowed to open branch in a hippodrome.
